Coastline Cedar Affiliate Programme Terms

The programme is in preparation. Public applications are currently closed. These terms describe the approved arrangements for partners accepted by Coastline Cedar Inc., North Vancouver, British Columbia.

1. Application and approval

Every application is reviewed manually. Applying does not create a commission entitlement. Provide an accurate name, email, city and description of your proposed promotion; company and website are optional. Begin promotion only after written approval and access to your approved affiliate account. You may not bind Coastline Cedar or change its customer terms.

2. Commission

Approved partners earn 10% on eligible product revenue from all Coastline Cedar products and variants, including future products. Eligible product revenue is the product amount after applicable line and order discounts and refunds, excluding tax, shipping and delivery. No commission is earned on cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent or self-referred purchases, including purchases made on your behalf. Partial refunds reduce the commission proportionately. For example, CAD $144 of eligible product revenue produces CAD $14.40 commission before any later adjustment.

3. Referral links and attribution

The programme uses unique referral links with a 30-day browser tracking window. Where more than one partner link is used, the last partner referral link receives attribution. Tracking depends on supported cookies and customer consent; cross-device attribution is not guaranteed. Affiliate coupons, customer-to-affiliate assignments and custom attribution rules are not part of this launch and require separate written approval. Use only your approved link and accurate current product information.

4. Manual review

Recorded commissions remain pending and are reviewed manually no earlier than 30 days after confirmed delivery, and only after any return, refund, chargeback, fraud concern or other order dispute is resolved. Payment or fulfilment alone does not approve a commission. Coastline Cedar checks the product revenue, discounts, delivery, cancellations, refunds and referral eligibility before approval. Customer returns and cancellations remain subject to the store's separate customer policies.

5. Payments and adjustments

Payments are in Canadian dollars, with no minimum balance. Valid commissions approved by the 15th of a month are payable by the last business day of that month. The payment method is agreed with each partner before participation. Payments are reviewed and authorised manually; no automatic payout is promised.

A later refund or chargeback reduces the corresponding commission. An amount already paid is offset against future valid commissions. No automatic debit from a partner's bank or payment account is authorised by these terms.

6. Commission questions

Raise a commission dispute within 30 days of the dashboard decision, with the relevant referral and order information. Coastline Cedar responds within 30 days after receiving the supporting information. Unresolved claims remain pending during review.

7. Honest promotion and disclosure

Use truthful product information and approved Coastline Cedar photographs and brand materials. Disclose the commission relationship clearly beside each recommendation or link, before content truncation. For example: “I earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Do not invent testimonials or promise unconfirmed savings, delivery dates, product performance or earnings. Do not use spam, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, brand impersonation or unapproved coupons, incentives or discount stacking. Paid bidding on Coastline Cedar brand terms requires written approval.

8. Changes and ending participation

Future rate or eligibility changes receive 30 days' written notice and do not retroactively reduce valid accrued commissions. Either party may end participation by written notice. Fraud or serious misleading promotion may result in immediate suspension and investigation. Stop new promotion and remove supplied brand materials and referral links within 7 days of termination notice. Valid accrued commissions remain payable under the review and payment rules; fraudulent or ineligible purchases do not qualify.

9. Data and governing law

Programme data is handled as described in the Affiliate Programme Privacy Notice. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian federal law, without overriding mandatory rights.
