Coastline Cedar Affiliate Programme Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Coastline Cedar Inc., North Vancouver, British Columbia, handles information for its affiliate programme. Applications are currently closed while final checks are completed. The store's Privacy Policy continues to cover shopping and general website use.

Information and purposes

For an application, we request your name, email, city and proposed promotion. Company and website are optional. If accepted, we use account and referral information to provide your dashboard and unique links, review visits and eligible orders, prevent fraud, calculate and adjust commissions, respond to disputes and communicate about your account. Payment details are collected only when a payment method is agreed separately. No automatic payout connection is required for an application.

Service providers and order data

We use Shopify for our store and GoAffPro to administer affiliate accounts, referral tracking and commission records. These providers process programme and relevant order information for those functions. Do not place customer personal information in promotional links or application comments. Access to programme records is limited to administration and service providers who need it for these purposes.

Referral cookies and consent

The programme is configured to load affiliate tracking only after the customer has given consent through the store's supported consent mechanism. Referral links use a 30-day browser attribution window and the last eligible affiliate link. Cookie restrictions, consent choices and different devices can affect attribution. You can change available cookie choices through the store's privacy controls; changing a choice does not erase records already needed to administer a valid transaction or dispute.

Communications

Account verification, application decisions, commission changes and payment administration may generate service emails. An affiliate application does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional marketing.

Processing and retention

Shopify, GoAffPro and their service providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws may apply. We retain programme information as needed to administer participation, valid commissions, disputes and applicable legal or accounting requirements. This notice does not promise a fixed vendor deletion period or Canada-only hosting.

Your choices and contact

Contact hello@coastlinecedar.com or 778-522-1810 to ask about programme information, request access or correction, or discuss withdrawal of consent and deletion, subject to applicable requirements and records needed for unresolved transactions. Leaving the programme stops new participation under the Affiliate Programme Terms. We will identify material changes to this notice when they affect programme participation.
