At Coastline Cedar Inc., we offer local pickup, local delivery, and shipping on eligible products. This policy explains how your order can reach you.
Pickup
Free pickup by appointment at our North Vancouver workshop.
Local Delivery
Local Metro Vancouver delivery is available for CAD $25 where eligible.
Shipping
Eligible products may be shipped within Canada and the United States. Shipping availability depends on the product’s size, the destination, and carrier eligibility.
Where live shipping rates are available, the applicable rate is shown to you during checkout.
Oversized, custom, commercial, and special-order products may require a separate delivery or freight quote. Some large, fully assembled products may not qualify for standard parcel shipping.
Before Your Order Ships
Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct before shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays outside Coastline Cedar’s control may occur.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please photograph the product, the packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged area, and contact Coastline Cedar before disposing of the packaging.
