Know the likely budget before the site review
Typical custom catio project: CAD $1,500–$4,500+
Compact enclosures can stay near the lower end. Larger footprints, multiple levels, roof systems, custom access tunnels, complex mounting, difficult access, and installation can move the project higher.
Possible features
- Custom footprint and height
- Multi-level shelves and resting platforms
- Ramps and climbing routes
- Mesh specification confirmed for the project
- Window, door, or wall-access concepts where suitable
- Roof and weather-protection options
- Freestanding or home-adjacent layouts depending on site conditions
Site measurements and photos are required before a firm quote. Strata approval, landlord approval, permits, or other property requirements may apply depending on the location and scope.
